Cheshire Furniture Reuse projects
divert hundreds of tonnes of furniture
Each year we help over 10,000 families
whilst providing employment and
training, saving both carbon
emissions and landfill costs.
We help people in the local community
who need a sofa to sit on, a bed to sleep on
or a cooker to cook on.
We offer training and work experience
to over 300 people each year, supporting
volunteers, apprentices & work placements
We can make good use of furniture
you no longer need.
Its easy to donate - contact
your nearest project and they
will arrange a date convenient
for you and collect it for free
Our re-use projects offer low-cost,
good quality, pre-loved goods including
furniture, appliances, household goods
and even bikes to the general public.
This helps us raise much
needed funds to support local people
and community projects
Our projects collect unused bikes
and fix in their workshops
This provides valuable
training opportunities and offers
local residents with low cost transport
for work, health and leisure
All projects collect working appliances to
test, clean and provide to families in need.
Some projects refurbish broken appliances
in their workshops then sell to the general
public tested, refurbished and with warranties.
Think your preloved furniture needs
facelift before reuse?
Our teams of skilled staff and volunteers
can give new life to items that need minor
repairs or upcycle them into beautiful
